The process is simple. You can either fill out the fast offer form or give us a call, text, or email. If the house fits our buying criteria we will schedule an appointment to see the house. We will meet you at the house and walk through it to see what renovations, repairs, or updates are needed. Using this information, we can usually make you an offer on the spot or within 24 hrs. If we come to an agreement on a price, we will write up a purchase contract that will be sent to your attorney as well as our attorney. Our attorneys will then prepare for the closing. You receive your money for the house at the closing and you're done!
Of course. Most of the houses we buy need repairs. Those are the ones we actually prefer. Don't worry about any level of repairs. We can handle almost anything.
If you have a house that does not need repairs, don't worry, we buy those as well.
